Internet Speed Too Slow

Your connection speed may affect your exam experience. A minimum of 3 Mbps download is recommended for Zoom video and the exam platform.

Camera Not Available

A working camera is required for your proctored exam. Please check:

1. Your camera is plugged in and not covered
2. You clicked Allow when the browser asked for camera permission
3. No other application is using the camera (close video call apps)
4. Your browser has camera permission: Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera

Microphone Not Available

A working microphone is required for your proctored exam. Please check:

1. Your microphone is plugged in and not muted
2. You clicked Allow when the browser asked for microphone permission
3. No other application is using the microphone exclusively
4. Your browser has microphone permission: Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone

How to Download & Install Zoom

1. Go to zoom.us/download
2. Under Zoom Desktop Client, click Download
3. Open the downloaded file (ZoomInstaller.exe on Windows or Zoom.pkg on Mac) and follow the prompts
4. Once installed, open Zoom and sign in (or click Join a Meeting)
5. Come back to this page and click the button below to re-check
