Download the app now if you wish, but do not open or run it
until your examiner specifically instructs you to do so during your scheduled
exam session. Running it at the wrong time may interfere with your computer setup.
What the Exam Setup App does when run:
Closes non-exam applications (everything except Zoom and antivirus)
Hides desktop icons (Windows) or enables Stacks (macOS)
Checks connected Bluetooth devices (informational — you are notified but Bluetooth is not disabled)
Detects active VPNs and prompts you to disconnect
Opens your browser correctly sized and positioned alongside Zoom
Navigates to exam.tools automatically
Restores all settings when you close the app after your exam
Security notice: This app is currently distributed unsigned for testing.
Your operating system may show a security warning the first time you run it.
This is expected — the app is safe. See instructions below to allow it.
